Staff went above and beyond to try and help me find the books I was looking for, for my son. The one lady came and helped me search the easy readers for train books. Very impressed as she helped without being asked to.

The staff at this store are not allowing people into the store without cloth face masks. Those who have face mask exceptions are treated with disrespect and like third class citizens. The BCCDC rules state that those with breathing difficulties may use plastic face shields in place of cloth masks. Do not shop at this store unless your willing to be publicly humiliated

We are lucky in this day and age to still have a viable bookstore in a mall.Great second hand ones in Chilliwack but do happy to have this one for new releases etc. Kudos to them for hanging in there
