The Employees at this location in Chilliwack are amazing. They have made a difficult year much better for my son. While the greedy are out trying to make a profit on the PS5 and its accessories, EB games has done what they can to ensure that their retail-priced systems go to those who want it most; the kids. One of the Employees had the last PS5 headset on hold and decided to forgo purchasing it so that my son could have it for Christmas. Kudos to you!

Went in today to pick up my husband's birthday present, Matt was very helpful and got me set up with a warranty. As a non-gamer I definitely needed help haha, he gave me ideas on what games to buy. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely be back!
Ahah. There's a guy who works there who can talk for hours. Its a blessing when you have nothing to do, but when you're in a rush its hard to get away without seeming rude Great guy though
Staff are polite. Unfortunately Eb games rules stop them from keeping me as a customer.
