I visited here through expedia, and they treated great. It was one of most money valued rental car place. And they charge very clear charge with invoice. Hope to recommend here.

We had the worst experience ever on the Chilliwack location. The rental car wasn't cleaned and fueled up from the previous customer. Here you can see the vehicle condition at the time of pick up. Everything was filthy and the garbage from the previous customer still in between the seats. Gross sticky stains on the back seats, cup holders and radio buttons.... And in addition the fuel tank was only 3/8 full. There is no excuse for this condition as there were 4 staff members sitting around in the office when my husband picked up the car. One of those staff members should have been able to prepare the car for the new rental. I contacted the company and made them aware about our experience. No reaction! Would not recommend this company.
Got a car from enterprise, and upon returning it 1 week later, then never did a walk through of the car with me, despite being available to do so. Surprise, I got a call 30 min later, saying I damaged the car. I went back to Enterprise to fight this as I didn't get into any accidents or hit anything, and they drove the car after I left. The manager wanted to pass me off to the original location where I got the car, he said they would call me, never heard from them. I called in, was told I'd get a call again about this, never happened. Called in again, was told I'd get a call from a regional manager, never got a call. Received an email and a letter about them \processing the damage\, so I emailed them, stating that it didn't seem right for them to claim damages when I'm disputing it, never heard back from them. Called for a 3rd time, and was told that I now needed to specifically call damage disputes (over a month before I was given this information). The staff weren't helpful. Never heard back from anyone from the phone calls or emails, and this was months ago. Will NEVER deal with again. In my experience, and based on the several conversations I've had with multiple employees including management, they don't care about their customers.
We rented a car though an Icbc claim and have nothing but good to say about them. The car they gave us had 500km on it and was very shiny which was really nice. They told us not to worry about cleaning it and we even returned the car about 100km away from where we rented it. I would definitely recommend them again. Thanks enterprise!
If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I was coming from Abbotsford and late for my car reservation and was not going to make it before they closed. Vardan and his team stayed open for me beyond their open hours on a Friday evening as I needed to get this car for my work/business trip to the Okanagan. They were very pleasant to deal with and I will be using this location every time I fly in and need a vehicle. Thanks again Vardan! You are awesome.
