AMAZING customer service! I tried to order from the well known online flower delivery company on a friday at 9am, paid 20 for same day delivery, and at 1130am they text me saying it wont be delivered until the following Tuesday. I called several flower stores and being it was so late in the day no one could deliver the same day, but this lady went above and beyond to assist me and get the flowers to the person I needed to get them delivered to!

This is the best flower shop in Chilliwack by FAR!!! The arrangements are always so well done and the flowers are extremely fresh every single time. My bouquets last for two weeks and smell amazing.
Flower arrangements were very well presented however the balloon which was paid for did not arrive and most of the birthday message was omitted from the card leaving the recipient to guess whom they were from. It's the attention to detail that matters.
I placed an order online for a specific Christmas arrangement to be delivered. What was delivered was very different and in my opinion inferior. The reason I chose this specific one that was advertised on the website was because it was so unique. I was totally disappointed and sent them an email. Although they did contact me, after my complaint. I would have thought that if they were unable to provide the one as advertised, they would have contacted me before sending any old arrangement in its place. Hence the poor review, Will not be recommending this florist to anyone.
Shop packed full of plants and gifts and great arrangements. The team of ladies there is lovely! Attentive, able to do custom orders on the spot, but have a nice selection of creative bouquets in the cooler. Price is appropriate; you pay for what you get - floral products with just an extra touch!
