Excellent selection of unique toys and fantastic customer service. Best place to buy good quality toys in Chilliwack. We had an issue with one of the trucks we purchased (not the stores fault but a manufacturing default) and Jay's Boutique was helpful and replaced the truck with no issues. Highly recommend shopping here if you're looking for better quality toys and great customer service.

Where do I start? I felt totally discriminated by the Asian staff as I was searching for a gift for my in-law's birthday. The staff was very impatient about my inquiries, not to mention that he was not very helpful. In hindsight, my only fault was that I shouldn't have left it till last minute to get a gift. But because I needed a gift just before attending the birthday dinner, I grabbed a Lamy pen and asked for a gift wrap. The gift wrapping was amateurly done at best, but beggars can't be choosers, right? So I got the gift to my in-law, only was later embarrassingly told that it was broken. My in-law loves to pens, and found the quality of the pen suspicious. Once again, I regret not getting it earlier and somewhere else. Because I don't live in Chilliwack, I wanted to call the shop for solution before I drive all the way back for a refund. When I called, the staff who answered was not willing to provide any solutions, and clams that I have broken the pen myself. Completely frustrated I just hang up. I am sure the store owner has as least a few close friends to fill up the rating with 5 stars, but I would really caution anyone getting anything other than a paper pad from this shop. But then who knows...

I came across this place on FB a month or so ago. Always drive by but never knew what it was all about. I decided to go in this week and I was in PUZZLE/BOARD GAME heaven. Their selection of puzzles is INSANE & their kids toys are SUCH GREAT QUALITY! The kind gentleman at the checkout greeted me as I came in and we had a chat. I have now been twice in one week and have told many ppl about this wonderful place. The owner (it appears to be the gentlemen I've only seen there) is such a friendly & kind man. He is always smiling and wanting to make sure you have the best day before you leave. I will support this store as much as I can. #shoplocal

EXCELLENT store with a terrific selection of items you can typically only find in downtown Vancouver. Their pricing is extremely competitive and I have to say it is the BEST merchandised store this side of Whole Foods! What a refreshing change to the typical offering one finds in the area. You can tell the owners really CARE for their business, THEIR customers and have thoughtfully considered the products they have in-store. SUPPORT LOCAL! You will NOT be disappointed.
