We're so glad we found JNB! We just moved into a new build and needed a fridge for our suite. We went to several big name appliance stores and the earliest we could get one that fit would be four months (they said due to Covid). We went to JNB yesterday afternoon - and they had a fridge delivered to us this morning!! We were leery about not going with a big name store but the service at the store and from the delivery crew was great. We'll definitely be back for future appliance purchases!

Bought a washer and dryer at JNB a few years ago. Very pleased with them and service and delivery was great. I am now in need of a new fridge and I will be going back to them to purchase one.

Contacted JNB to request a repair of my dryer which had completely stopped working. JNB scheduled an appointment to take place within 5 days of the call. JNB then showed up to my residence, diagnosed the issue, had the part on hand and repaired the dryer in a short visit. JNB was polite and professional from the first phone call to when they left. I highly recommend JNB and will be using them in the future.

My washer broke down and I needed a new one asap. I came in and a wonderful woman named chelsea (I believe) had helped me pick a new one. She was super knowledgeable and helpful! I got a new washer and dryer set installed the next day! Very happy. Great prices too!

This spring I bought stainless steel kitchen appliances from JNB. Late ysterday the freezer compartment went on the fritz. A repairman came first thing this morning but said it wasn't fixable and I would get a new one. At 5 this afternoon I had my new fridge AND generous gift certificate to co pensate for the losses in food lost. Excellent service!!!!!
