Absolute joke of a company, issued me a ticket after I paid for parking. Was using a rental car at the time, so the rental company paid the ticket on my behalf and automatically charged my credit card, so when it was all said and done I got to pay for parking AND a 115 ticket. Tried to dispute the ticket with Lions Parking and they flat out lied and said that there was no payment from the licence plate of the car I was using. Great experience.

Really really unorganized company. Lions Parking issued me a ticket in error even though I had paid for parking. I talked to the site officer and she refused to listen. They refused my dispute appeal,even though i had provided proof through email in a very timely manner. They do not use apps for parking pay, their machine just accept some credit cards, no any other type of debit or credit cards. They offer no customer service, no complaint follow up, no manager investigation and apparently accept no appeals even with proper proof. They keep sent me different wrong invoices, without valid due date and I spent lots of time to communicate with them. I will never park in their stalls and will tell my friends to do so. I don't understand who work with this company.

This is a fradulent parking company. On a long weekend at cultus lake their attendant asked me to park at the large vehicle spot since i had a portable boat trailer. After i parked i paid for the parking spot and the same attendant came n gave me a ticket for not paying for a large vehicle well i didnt have a large vehicle to begin with but didnt know they considered mazda 3 a large vehicle. When i appealed for the ticket they rejected my appeal within a second. Even traffic violation tickets go to a court when appealed over here they are rejecting everyone's appeal coz how are they gonna make money otherwise. Then they had the odasity to go to icbc to get my personal info i wonder how exactly did icbc gave my personal info to a private company without my consent. And now they are threatening me to effect my credit lol they are the credit bureau too coz equiax stated that parking tickets from private companies dont effect one's credit. Nobody should pay their tickets.

Shady, heartless. I watched them ticket a man in a wheelchair while he was attempting to pay for his parking. He was 5 feet from his van at the pay station; they said he took too long paying for his parking. He was trying to explain that it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get his ramp down and get out of his van, the lady issuing the ticket said, "hey, look at it this way, now you've been ticketed, you can stay all day and take as long as you want getting back in". All this in front of his kids/grandkids. Brought this man to tears. I came here to share this story but there's dozens just like it. Shame on these people. So disheartened by seeing this today.

Very shady business practices employed by this company. They will ticket you as soon as you park your vehicle without giving you a chance to pay your ticket. I was ticketed within a minute of parking my car! As I was paying my ticket I could see the parking attendant write me a ticket! It was unbelievable. Picture posted as proof. As you can see in my receipt, I paid my ticket at 2:51 and I was ticketed at 2:50. The company replied to previous complaints saying they "provide grace period to ensure customers have sufficient time to purchase a receipt." Just make sure you purchase it in under 60 seconds.

Shocking!! This company will not return my call, I've left 4 messages and no return call yet. But really fast to issue tickets. On July 27th I parked in one of their lots, used the machine, followed the prompts, paid, pocketed my receipt and went on with my day. To my surprise, I came back to a ticket. Upon reviewing my receipt I see it was for a 2 hour period that had just ended. I had no idea it was only for 2 hours because the machine did not give an option for time and so I believed it was an all day rate. Had it asked me to select a time period I would have selected a longer period and paid. However there was no prompt, request, choice or mention from the machine which simply asked for my license and then payment. Being shocked by this ticket I called the number on the back to discuss, chose the option to report a faulty meter and followed the instructions to provide the lot number and details, and my contact info. No return call, not on caller ID or voice-mail. Repeated this a couple days later, again no return call. Then I got a ticket in the mail demanding payment with s different phone number, called them but no matter what option you choose from the phone tree or when you call... they never answer the phone so left another message no return call. Yesterday I placed my 4th call, left my info and still no return call!!! What kind of company is this?

I got a ticket for 105 today at Cultus Lake when I paid 10 by debit card to the meter for all day parking, even though I planned to be there less than two hours. No one is answering the phone lines, so I had to leave a message. I also sent an email report. I hope they fix the meter and cancel this ticket promptly. This is ridiculous!

I got ticket at cultus lake main beach for 105 i paid my parking for whole day, then the parking officer issue a ticket for a reason that my car is not park all the way. My car is too small ita not even bothering other car. She said can't take it back once she print it. I just wanna pay it to get over it but they didnt post it on their page yet. Nobody's answering phone at office too
