I highly reccomend Premium Appliances Chilliwack. They gave us a great deal on our appliances, no hassle no back and forth. Just a good deal upfront. The delivery guys were very professional and efficient. They gave me some set up tips, cleaned up the boxes and were on their way in no time at all. Thank you!

We heartily recommend Premium Appliances! We were well pleased with our purchase, plus their service, delivery and installation when we bought our 25 cu ft KitchenAid refrigerator from Premium Appliances in Chilliwack. The store owner served us himself and his demeanor was personable, courteous, professional, and respectful. He and his assistant delivered the refrigerator as promised and were exceptionally careful when moving it through doorways. Because of Covid-19 precautions, they wore gloves and masks, and changed gloves to touch the interior of the fridge. They competently handled the installation and connected the waterline for the icemaker, and willingly relocated our original refrigerator to the basement for us. We were glad to support this relatively new, local, family-owned business, and encourage others to do likewise.
We absolutely love our Kenmore/Bosch dishwasher. It works great! Premium appliances had great prices and are not pushy at all. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. The only reason being is we bought a model that had at one point been a demo model. We bought and brought the dishwasher home - and then realized it was missing some exterior hardware and screws. We could still install and use dishwasher without them - but we had to go back several times to pick up everything. I would still definitely shop here again, I would just make sure everything is included .
Always had a great experience with Premium appliances. This is my second experience shopping here and both times I have been very impressed with selection and the service. Would definitely use Premium again for appliance needs.
Great Customer Service - not pushy. Great prices. Understanding the limitations of our space, we were showed several choices in various price points that would work. Even the delivery guys were great - showed up at the appointed time and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be buying from Premium Appliances again.
