Staff is always very friendly and respectful. I recently took my pup there for a spa day and she had a great experience!

I bring my pug here to have her nails done and Courtney is wonderful! No need for proof of shots to make an appointment and everyone there is very friendly. My pug is terrified of clippers but not so much the Dremel, it seems. Not to mention, Courtney is very good at making her feel safe during this scary trip.
