I go to the shoppers for all my medication. The pharmacist is really helpful to help you with your medication and know exactly what you’re taking and any side effects that you might have. They will also call you if there’s a recall on your medication or any other problems related to your medication. I’ve also had them call my doctor for more medication when mine runs out. I’ve used shoppers for a long time and I’ve never had an issue with them other than some shoppers locations have long wait times.

Most of the pharmacy team,Mynol, Alan, Anna, even the blonde weekend guy...what's his name?? Conrad? Oh, the greeting the cosmetics girls repeat endlessly without seeming insincere, Judith shes great! Much much better without Ian ( who suggests I'm eligible for the seniors discount(really!))around...and the cherry is the lovely little blonde cashier lady who's name I can never remember, but whose smile is genuine and you actually take it home with you. That folks, is MY Shoppers Drug Mart.
This is my go-to place for cosmetics and beauty items. Every single person that works in that department is extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend checking it out!
I really appreciate the extra mile, most employees give to me and I see them do for others. No, not everyone meets our 'personal' perspectives, or expectations , but compared to other stores in town, I appreciate their customer service. As all stores... Know your prices, but they do offer some great sales. As for sales, they offer rainchecks, that are good for a month, if things aren't in stock. From my perspective, this is a wonderful little store, that has been around a very long time in the Southgate mall.
