Friendly service but the food was awful... burritos were completely soggy.. pulled pork was so salty. Lettuce was brown and wilted. Didn’t seem like it was an issue with the staff who prepared the food, the problem is the recipe and package design itself. Stay away and get Subway or something else instead...
Came here for the first time. There was a lady working by her self seemed all over the place, two people waiting in line a head of me and a skip the dishes guy waiting. I waited 5 min then asked the guy waiting if he ordered, said just waiting to take order. Then I looked over at the other people and asked if they ordered, they said no been waiting for a while. So I asked the lady if she would be taking our order? She kindly replied yes but need to take the skip the dishes order. Said okay, she had just finished the guy waiting for the skip the dishes order and another SkipTheDishes dishes lady came in. The girl that was working had started on another online order, then the people in front of me walked out. The lady that was working finished the skip the dishes order and then took my order. I waited about 25min. This place needs to have two or three people working during rush hour. I felt bad for the girl that was working there and had so much pressure. I hope the owners read this and make some changes to make it easier on there staff.
Got a burrito and three tacos at this location. They burrito was soggy and all the ingredients were cold and didn't taste fresh
Love eating here, good food. The management there really care about their customers. Management are very quick to resolve any issues you have. Will definitely be back here lots. Thanks!
