We had an old unit and when it stopped working we called Tek Climate. A serviceman was at our house that morning and gave us options as to what could be done. We opted to see what I new unit could do for us. A salesman came out that afternoon and went through the differences in the units and gave us payment options. He was very professional, wanted what was best for our home and wanted us to be comfortable with our decision. The installers were just as efficient and professional. They also did a good job explaining how to set the new thermostat. They have done a nice job following up and answering our questions.

We had an excellent time with all the Tek Climate Service Experts. The people are all helpful and they do a really good job of explaining about the products and what they can do for you and the service men are all so very helpful. Our furnaces both work great. The consultant explained the new program and was very helpful in making sure everything went good for us and was working for us. He also reminded us to check with our electric company for rebates from them to on our new furnace.
Our home has a brand new furnace and heater... Lennox of course. Hats off to the sales rep from Tek Climate. He knows his stuff and covers everything you need to know about his products. Thank you to the installers of the unit, you were so tidy...you do good work! When you buy top of the line, you get the best that is for sure! We're cool!!!
We had a furnace, hot water tank and a/c unit installed by Tek Climate. The experience was excellent right from the thorough no pressure initial assessment, to the installation. The education and communication through the entire process was fantastic. Additionally the install looks super clean, attention to detail and pride in their work is definitely evident. Thank you!
They were extremely helpful over the phone and within an hour the technician was at my doorstep, a day earlier than expected. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and clean. He gave me all options for a new unit and even set up an appointment for me so I didn't have to wait to call back. Very impressed.
My hot water tank wasn't working. I called and spoke to an office staff. He was amazing! Told me to try a couple of things and was very helpful. Was able to fix it with his help. No charge, but they will definitely be my first call for anything in the future!
