Chimney Inspectors were fantastic. They made the necessary repairs for our chimney to upgrade our gas fireplace. The crew that did the chimney work were great. They were extremely respectful and answered any questions I had. They were also very sweet to my 3 year old. I definitely felt comfortable having them in our home. Overall, they were very knowledgeable and the end result of our gas fireplace is amazing! I would definitely hire them again.
Excellent service! Responsive and honest! I called Friday morning regarding a water leak in my chimney. Chimney Inspectors took a look at it that afternoon. The fix was simple -- just a re-sealing job. Total cost was very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I started having issues with my fireplace late winter and decided to wait to have it repaired. I called this company close to the end of summer and they came out and were great. Got the fireplace working and told me I would need a part soon. Kept the number and when my fireplace started acting up again I called these folks. I was told they no longer service my area...no problem but dude called me back letting me know that he would service my fireplace but needed the make and model to order the part. Did that and waited, waited, waited. After 2 weeks I text about the part and was told it hadn't come in yet...cool...waited, waited,waited, waited, waited...text, phoned, waited, text...nothing and after 2 months and close to winter I called another company, Scardina Home Service and I have never been more happier. They came out, cleaned fireplace, had part on truck and reasonable price...I now have their number on file and they also provide other services. Chimney Inspectors only had to call and let me know what was going on...crickets. Would not recommend.
We needed our chimney cleaned ASAP. Found this great company “Chimney Inspectors LLC”. They were able to get us on their schedule the same day. The technician Vitaliy was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He did a great job - was quick and efficient and cleaned up after himself. You couldn’t even tell he had just cleaned out our chimney. He answered all our questions and gave us tips for keeping a clean chimney. We highly recommend this company.
