Guy came out and took a flashlight to look up the chimney and said its clean, then proceeded to go in his van and smoke a cigarette and rang the door bell 5mins later and said he went on the roof and looked but never left his van plus the cameras at our house had it all on tape. Service tect totally lied then demanding 450. We called another company and they came with cameras and told us they needed to be cleaned. Dishonest company! I would not recommend this company what so ever!
