Must go for a classic chinese breakfast. Prices are fair and they have great selection! The owner speaks limited English, but tries hard to help.

I ordered apple pie, butter cookie and butter bread. All of them is so nice and yummy. It also quite cheap. I will visit again. I really recommend it.
