EDD Has not paying my disability insurance claim for 4 Months. Due to COVID 19. EDD offices are closed . Previews phone I have been calling every working days. For 3 Months I have never get talk to them. Only the machine tells me system maintenance every time. I wrote a letter to EDD in may , no one responded yet. Today I looked online saying EDD office opens, however when I drove to Chino Hills. The office is not opening. I don’t know what to do, I haven’t been paying for 5 months.

Lot of unproductive results shown. Many of us citizens paid with our tax income to these staff and other workers. All only for themselves they do. Everyone deserves proper services and not be taken for granted. Honestly, their special and private restroom privileges should been taken away. Instead, used that for share between the clients and workers shared together. No more all talk sense with corruption.

Walked into the EDD office for some assistance as the website reflected I needed to complete a form which I didn't recall receiving. (I tried to call EDD a number of times but its nearly impossible to reach a person to speak with). Once you walk in, you write your name down and take note of the number next to your name. When they call you, you can walk up to the window and be assisted by one of the staff members. I didn't have to wait too long to be assisted and the person that assisted me was friendly and corrected the issue quickly. The hold was removed and I was able to get paid (direct deposit the next day) so i'm thankful. *tip: if you need help with the EDD, go to the office rather than calling in.
