Unorganized, unreliable and totally unprofessional!!! My kids and I have been goin here the past two years, and every time it’s just another disappointment! They never get the schedule right, show up for appointments scheduled in the office with there in person staff, to find out the ortho isn’t even there. Schedule appointments during their lunch hours, which means you wait till they get back. Wait time, average 1-1 1/2 hours!! Every time. Forget specialty, unless you want to be stuck in the waiting room for literally 3-4 hours!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible service, horrible wait time with appointment, horrible prices, and constantly attempting to overcharge and offer services that are unnecessary.

If I could give zero stars I would the way I’ve been treated by Dr. Mano should have put her out of practice. Dismisses the fact that your in pain and won’t listen to any of your concerns she’s awful. I’ve had the WORST dental experience being under her care. She’s rude and condescending, treated me like I didn’t understand anything but that was because she didn’t explain anything to me! They told me she was the best to do crowns what a JOKE. Her and her staff talked about me inappropriately right outside the door. Made me feel unsafe and dismissed.

If I could give a 0 I would. The receptionist was super unprofessional and rude. If she doesn't like her job then maybe she should find a new one. Im starting to think they just hire anybody . DO NOT GO HERE

Very Frustrating to be deal with this clinic. My daughter dental filling has been delaying for 3 months because of this clinic miscommunication with provider, pediatric dentist and myself.
