Hello all, I am a new realtor and I have had a bunch of questions for the team at CRMLS and I couldn't log in. I called and there was a little wait but not bad. Once the rep came on he helped me undo all the mess I did and get me going. Very professional, police and patient especially a newbie. So thank you for your help today. I really appreciate it.

Adrian, I didn’t get a last name was the Support person who helped me with setting up and understanding CRMLS Connect. He was very knowledgeable and kind to me. I now can use the service and have gained knowledge to do the same for future clients. My experience with Adrian was very positive. In the beginning I was using my iPad and I wasn’t getting anywhere. Adrian suggested to use my PC. Doing so worked. After we hung up, Adrian called back and said he tested it on an tablet and got the same results that I had, the system not working as expected. He uninstalled the App and reinstalled and it worked. He went above and beyond by calling back and telling me I can now continue to use my iPad to set up the site by uninstalling and reinstalling the PWR App.
