I ordered my spa on 8/4/20, well into the middle of the pandemic. I was assured by my dealer, Fresno Jacuzzi Premium Spas that my spa would arrive in January. The date kept getting later and later for estimated arrival when I could get my phone call returned at all. The excuse of the pandemic was used over and over even though the spa was ordered 6 months into the pandemic and Jacuzzi Corporate should have had an understanding of how long manufacturing would take at that point. The dealer points to corporate for problems and corporate takes no responsibility for being behind. Frustrating experience! Have been told now expect if you order new estimated delivery is 64 weeks. At this rate I’d expect that to mean 2 years. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

All I wanted was to get a replacement part, (diverter cap), for my Sundance Spa, so I could use it again. I emailed them multiple times with no response. I’m willing to pay for the part, but I get zero response to my emails. I like the Spa, but not the lack of customer service. If they would Just tell me where I can order the part, I’d leave them alone.
Took awhile but I found my customers pump, it was under warranty and jacuzzi promised to ship directly to my customer within 5-7 days. Than you jacuzzi!
We spent 20000 for a Jacuzzi 480 Midnight acrylic. Beautiful tub when it arrived and was installed. It was very silimilar to the showroom model. The Jacuzzi salesperson came out the day after installation and commented that it was the nicest midnight he had seen. We agreed. Three weeks later the tub was nothing like we had purchased. The colour had changed significantly. Large brown and white streaks occurred in the acrylic. We have numerous pictures to show this after three weeks. Unfortunately Jacuzzi says there is nothing they can do because WE DIDN’T TAKE PICTURES OF THE TUB AT INSTALLATION to show that it had changed. Who would think to take pics in case something went wrong later? Dealer says many take these pics. We have been trying for 1 year, yes a year, to get the problem rectified! USA bounces it back to London, ON Canada dealer who maintains that the acrylic CANNOT change colour or fade, etc. It is impossible. Jacuzzi Corporate have never ever seen this in any of their models or in the other brands they manufacture. It cannot happen ! Well it did!!!! Why weren’t we told that we should take pics of the brand new tub... that midnight acrylic was subject to variation in colour... ? The mechanics work well, it is the colour that was in no way shape or form what we had ordered or received. Serendipity at work! I would never ever recommend a Jacuzzi (Sundance, or other brands associated with Jacuzzi manufacture) especially in the midnight finish. Too much chance variation. If we had chosen a solid acrylic colour like white, we wouldn’t be complaining.
Terrible quality product with nonexistent customer service! The people who work here are rude and incompetent.
Bought a Jacuzzi Spa with a sound system, made & installed by the manufacturer. Cost 1000 more for the music! It's a J345 (Model) When more then 2 people get into the "5 Person spa" The speakers go under water. Customer service was not helpful. They said I didn't need to buy the sound system! They said ask the dealer to sell me a better one. They wouldn't. They said drain & fill depending on the amount of users! A big chore for me. 62yrs old with a bad back!
Whatever you do be careful if you are in France with these tubs. We live in Normandy. The nearest dealer is in Brittany, a couple of hours away by car. I asked them to visit to service the tub that is not functioning. Thy quoted me over 620 euros just to come out - before diagnosis parts and any work at all. Totally outrageous. I am looking for a non jacuzzi service agent to see if they can fix /diagnose without my having to take out a mortgage before they even see the thing!
It was fun diving into my three foot jacuzzi, however I feel you should make a jacuzzi that is much bigger and deeper and wider. I hit my head diving into my shallow jacuzzi so I am sending you the hospital bills. Thank you.
