First time buying a bike from them but because of the pandemic it will take 2 months but I still ordered but the bike came in 4 months, so decided to take it home but after a 2 weeks wanted to return it and it’s still new 0 miles also send a pics and video to the guy I talked to and they won’t accept it. I told them the sales rep told me I can return it even after I get the bike but still they won’t. If you’re buying make sure that what the sales rep promise you is stated on the invoice black & white.

Awesome staff! Very knowledgeable, always having the time to answer questions and never rushing a response. I purchased the Trek Stache 5, amazing workhorse with some cool upgrades thanks to the staff! Any bike with great components has worth, so making sure you get the right one for your riding style and budget is very important. When I purchased my bike I was provided with alot of knowledge on the bike itself, but also some tips for when on the trails, nevertheless I was very confident with purchase thanks to the staff! Will be purchasing a full suspension bike very soon, I know where to go and I know who to recommend, a big thank you to the staff/mechanics at Jax-Chino Hills.

I called the Chino Hills store looking for a bike for my husband. Sebastian helped me find the right bike. The bike was in the warehouse and when it arrived he phoned and emailed me to let me know. When we went to the store he explained all of the features and very patiently answered each of our questions. We were so pleased with the service that I've now ordered a new bike for myself.

First time visiting this place. Stopped by this bike shop yesterday around 4:50pm on 9/8/2020, saw the paper on the door that asks customers to wait in the \designated area\ outside their door. Waited for 15 minutes, and nobody came out to say anything. I believe two employees were working there at the time, one of them definitely saw us, and I made eye contact. We didn't want to be rude so we didn't knock on their door, but we were clearly in their line of vision. Neither of the employees bothered to come out to say anything to us. Customer experience? 0/100.
