The Boiler is our \Go To\ Kettle Style Cooking spot when we are craving that Pan Roast Meal that we all get from time to time. I really like the layout of the restaurant, whether you're seated at the counter or on the main dining floor. Their service is great and we can't wait for the time when these restrictions are finally lifted to eat our meals on-site once again.

My ideal spice level is a 5.5. But, I got a 6 in my chicken gumbo. Spicy, salty, the rice blends in creating a continually developing rich combo adorned with heaping chunks of chicken and sausage. The gumbo looks like a slight portion, but the ever-evolving structure assaults the palette and feeds the soul. Satisfying and plentiful, you'll be stuffed without having even touched the bread. I taste tested a 5 jambalaya and found more peace within its friendly confines -- what with the smooth yet complex blend of spices aiding an already simmering concoction of rice, seafood, and veggie. If you trust what you read, trust the description on the House Pan Roast. A strong tomato based cream sauce floods this dish with that sweet, unflinching taste of tomato sauce further amplified by the four kinds of seafood bathing in orange. It's all really freaking good and there should be no reason not to give any of it a try. Come and experiment with your ideal spice levels.

I ordered and paid over 180 dollars with food ranging from spicy level 0, 3, 5, 9. They all tasted the same. I ordered 2 more of level 10 just to make sure I and my kids were not dreaming. Again they all tasted the same. I brought the food back and demand an answer. The owner told me it is what it is. It is his restaurant, I dont need to come if I do t like it. That's right. I. Not going back any more. Used to be good. Now just all tasted the same. Save your time go somewhere else.

I've been looking for a place that makes pan roast in So Cal. for a long time. The best I've ever had is nestled at the Palace Station in Las Vegas, and this one comes as a second. People here are saying it's a bit pricey, but you're really paying for fresh seafood, cooked in front of you if you sit at the bar... and for their combo pan roast the price is just there... you got clams, lobster, crab, and shrimp for about 25 if you think tax along with it. It's a huge portion so I don't think it's overpriced... I'd come here again if I'm in the area. Love the seafood and there are a few other things I certainly have interest in tasting...
