Staff was good, but there was a real shortage of handguns and ammo. People are still panic-buying and snatching up common handgun ammo and weapons. One of the sales guys told me to come back the next day to check for ammo, but that people stand in line and quickly buy up what gets stocked. It's ridiculous that businesses would let people snatch up popular items to be exploited by some: toilet paper, wipes, sanitizer, xboxes, playstation, guns and ammo.

This Turners is great. By far the best one out of Pasadena and Norwalk. Grant helped me out, got a couple things - new firearm, ammo, magazines, gun lube and even a knife. He was patient, and very professional. No lines as well. I was in and out in 1 hour. Next time you go in and if you see an young Asian guy named Grant, go to him for sure.

I don't know if it was the way I look or what but these people acted like they didn't want me in the store....it wasn't even busy... I guess the 200 I dropped just wasn't good enough for the yippee Turner's... I'm definitely going to a different place next time

Had to wait about a 1/2 hour. Didn’t think that was bad. I watched how one of the salesman helped an older couple in their late 70s buy a hand gun . The salesman took over a hour to explain how to work the firearm to that old timer. I thought that was great and if I had to wait to see a salesman a little longer because of that, it was worth it . I haven’t fired a weapon in 35 years and was also intimidated by buying one. They made the experience very easy and didn’t make me feel rushed
