An Onsen Ryokan hidden away in Okutateshina, a land of mystery, with a rare hot springs which contains iron and carbon gas. You can enjoy beautiful views that change each season from the open-air bath. This Ryokan has been established for around 100 years in Oku-tateshina. As you come into this place, you can forget the noise of daily lives and feel refreshed. The spring water coming from our private spring source contains iron and carbon gas, and changes the color to brown because of oxidization. As the dense iron particles go down to the bottom of the bath, water in the bath will turn golden. This spring water is said to have health benefits for anemia, women’s disease, neuralgia, rheumatism, sensitivity to cold, and atopic dermatitis. The original temperature of the water is 19 degree Celsius, so it is heated, but without the use of additional water. The view from the open air bath surrounded by gigantic rocks is beautiful, and especially the autumn season is worth a visit. If you get chance to enjoy this hot spring when it snows, the views will be unforgettable. We hope that you will have a good time at this relaxing bath.

コロナ対策 形だけ見映えだけと言う感じでした。 温泉はかけ流しでいいお湯なのに残念 館内あちこち手を入れられてましたが リホームのやり方 他に有るでしょと思えました。従業員はすれ違っても挨拶無し 食事中 頼みごとしても対応遅い。部屋からお風呂までとにかく歩く運動にはなりますが 笑！予約時エレベーター無しは分かっていましたが···
かなり古いく、エレベータがない棟やふろ場やお部屋もとにかく段差が多いので、ご高齢の方や足の不自由な方はあらかじめ旅館へ伝えておくべきでしょう、 貸切風呂は先着順なので早めにチェックした方がいいです。 接客は、とても極端でとても素晴らしい人もいれば、混雑も全くしていないのに最低限の案内もせず、地図付きの説明書き一枚と鍵を一方的にわたされ、本当に帰りたくなりました、 やっぱりフロントでの第一印象って大事ですよね。 でもとても救われたのは、食事処のお給仕の元お嬢さん方、冗談を交えながらも素早いお仕事ぶり、フロントの現役お嬢さんも見習ってほしいですね。 貸切風呂や大浴場は本当に最高に良かったです。 貸切風呂ですが、月あかり、雪あかり2つありますがどちらも変わらない広さと風景です、 因みに仕切りが作られているだけなので、脱衣所も風呂も隣の声が丸聞こえですので、ご注意を(笑)。
