Awesome stay, very quiet place to sit and watch the boats across the water, beautiful view of that amazing bridge. Park is very clean with nice gravel spaces with picnic tables. The bathrooms are outstanding, we felt as if we were at a bed and breakfast. Very comfortable place to stay amd will return.

I highly recommend this wonderful RV park. The owners, Prescott and Theresa are two of the most friendly and caring individuals around! My friend had her bumper miss a screw and when we pulled over and looked under the car, Prescott came over and offered his assistance. His willingness to help out (while he put aside other important projects going on) was extraordinary. His wife Theresa came over and was wonderful and fun to talk to. Long after it was repaired , we were charmed by their wonderful personalities. The park was clean and organized and many of the residents had lovely plants to give a warm feeling (like one big family) to the park. It does not get any better than the diligence and professionalism this couple has implemented into their friendliness and courtesy in running the RV park. Top notch!
Absolutely love this place. The new owners have taken a dump of a property and turned it into a little piece of heaven. You have a fish cleaning station. A little area by the creek to have a picnic. Owners live on site. They have completely changed the landscape. Breath taking
Fantastic little RV park. Very clean and well kept, the Owners and Hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming...even helped us back into the site! The view...well, what can I can I say, other than, WOW! The location is great if you want to explore Long Beach, Cape D, Astoria, Seaside, and Cannon Beach all from one central location (Thats what we did). There is a little traffic noise because it is right on the main road, so just be aware and bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to it,, but thats not the fault of the park, and honestly, the view is more than makes up for any noise that you hear, so I say, just deal with it...we did and have no regrets!. I will definitely be back!
Looks like a nice place. I was just stuck in construction traffic next to it yesterday. Did see the owner down on her knees working at cleaning up a flower bed during that time.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Asked for recommendations for local restaurants. Nice and quiet with full hookups. Only downfall was it was so close to the road with some traffic. All in all , it was a good place to stay.
Stopped in here to dump my tanks. My brakes weren't working very well so the manager came out and checked our brake fluid and gave us some fluid of his own for no charge. I wanted to give them a great rating for customer service. It always looks clean and neat.
What a fantastic group of people. Special thanks to owner Theresa for promptly getting back to me when I called. Thank you also for taking an interest in my photography. You photos are coming along nicely and will be delivered once finished :) Thank you also to Kathy an David, camp hosts, for your kindness and accommodation. I would highly recommend this spot if not for the people, then for the amazing view of the Columbia River outlet into the Pacific ocean. What a treat to what ocean liners coming in and out of the bay. Awesome experience here. Thank you guys again!
