শুভ দোলযাত্রার দিনে প্রথম অভিজ্ঞতা। নৈশভোজনে অর্ডার করেছিলাম। পার্সেলের পার্সেল অসাধারণ (শুধু প্লাস্টিকটার বিকল্প প্রয়োজন)। কোভিডবিধি মেনে স্যানিটাইজারও পেয়েছিলাম যেটা খুব ভালো লেগেছে। আর খাবারের গুণগতমান বা স্বাদ পেটের সাথে সাথে মনটাও ভরিয়ে দিয়েছিল। প্রত্যেকটা মেনুতে ছিল আন্তরিকতা আর সৎ প্রচেষ্টার ছোঁয়া। পার্সেলের রান্নার বিশেষ যে দিকটা আমার খুব ভালো লেগেছে সেটা হল এই রান্না ৮ থেকে ৮০ সবাই চেটেপুটে খেতে পারবে। এক কথায় ফ্যান হয়ে গেছি পার্সেলের। চরৈবেতি ##PARSELL
