Poorest reception service, I came here from jamadoba, dhanbad, jharkhand but delayed by 1 hour. I requested them many times with my daughter but they didn't hear my prey and I compell to return without my checkup. Very worst experience please don't go there they are heartless people. Sir , Thank u very much for ur reply. Kindly note my appointment was at 10:30 am but I had reached there late by 1:30 hrs due to some unavoidable circumstances as I had started my journey from Dhanbad and which distance is more than 280km . Repeatedly requested to ur Coordiator nd plea my submission but there talking attitude towards reply was so rude . I also placed my appointment discussion recording to ur Coordinator but my all efforts has gone in to vain. My experience in my earlier visit was so good but this time I got very bad experience and my College student Daughter is so upset towards ur Administration . My humble request is to u please keep some facilities those are in an Emergency nd coming from long distance . Patients are going to your good nd well Maintained hospital just for ur name ,fame nd hospitality. P N Pathak

Worst behaviour of receptionist.She does'nt know how to talk with the patient.Sortage of communication skill.God knows from where these kind of people come.

Very poor service.First off all the receptionist don't have any manner that how to talk and all.I came here from dhanbad but due to delay in railways they didn't allot our appointment with doctor.And in the hope we are seating there for 4 hrs that she will make some efforts and allot our appointment.Definetly Doctor is good but he should take care of such things which are happening in his hospital .totally wasted our time and money .#very poor service of receptionist.

It's my a humble and lots of thanks to sir (Dr. Arup Kumar Bose) and entire team. On 5th of June 2020, I got my Evisceration operation successfully by sir. During this Covid-19 lockdown, I got full of assistants By Dr. Sidharth Kumar Bose and EMLC's staffs after my operation to get well soon. I have a great experience about here. Sir is himself so kind and gentle person with huge sympathy and look after every matter. As a resident of Hooghly district, it's our pleasure that EMLC is situated at the bank of the Hooghly river with modern technology.
