Good store. Lots of variety of Faber's products are present. It us only outlet of Faber in this region. Calm and polite bheaviour of the representative help us to choose a perfect product for our household use. But irrespective of Faber's outlet, the service centre of Faber is not so good nearby hooghly district . The service representative are very rude. I think their working experience is very low. And they are not direct service representative of Faber service. Thank you
