Good discounts, nice brand. I have had a issue and forgot my bag with phone and wallet in probe room and the staff found it. I have asked them if they found it, but denied. Just calling my phone make me follow the sound and found it hanged on a drawer behind their desk. It was weird, at least. We were just 4-5 persons in the store, and I was the only one asking for this matter. I have asked them to stop the music ambience just a small amount of time, to hear the phone ringing, but they refuse. I know OVS for a long time and bought yesterday clothes of more than 350 Eur. Nothing but appreciations for the brand but recommend more care for customers issues.

Una volta acquistavo spesso abbigliamento da donna, purtroppo nell’ultimo periodo non trovo mai nulla. Reparti accessori e bambini stupendo, sempre ordinato e fornitissimo. Tuttavia le commesse sono sempre gentilissime!
