Cancelled my Nexon Booking on April 2021 because of Bafna Motors Billing issue with Tata Motors. No one from Bafna motors informed me prior about that issue unless & until i asked them many times. They have wasted my 2 months only giving me the next dates & after told me to fail the delivery of Car. I had contacted with main brach at Ratnagiri but still no one listens to me nor giving me positive hopes. Worst experience with Bafna Motors,Kherdi & not getting proper support or continuous touch from the peoples working there. Huge respect for Mr. Ratan Tata & Tata Motors family but no more respect for Bafna Motors. Now not interested more to be relate with Bafna Motors again,only kind request to return my refund money as early as possible.

Canceled my booking @ Altroz car. Due to fake promises by Bafna dealer & Parsoon Ranjan TSM who called & mail me for delivery of my vehicle on 20th of March 2021. Now it's been told that delivery by this month end. I waited 7 months and had paid advance total amount I respect Tata Family and praise for them, but such employees spoiling the image of Tatas. It will be advice to customers who want to buy Tata Vehicle not to do so as per my experience. Hrishikesh as a General Manager no answer on phones. No need to anything more kindly request you to send me my refund amount ASAP

Hopeless service Hopeless sales manager Thrashing the reliability of TATA MOTORS Don't even enter the showroom. Get the TATA car from elsewhere but not from here. They only book the car but even after 4 months don't deliver the car.
