Always buy my make-up and bathroom essentials at Superdrug, usually the one in The Shires in Trowbridge. Thought I'd would go to Chippenham one yedterday for a change while shopping there. Although the majority of the staff were polite and nice, one young lady stood out from the rest but not in a nice way. She was making underhand remarks as myself and 13 year old daughter was looking at the products next to the checkout. Won't be re-visiting Superdrug at Chippenham anytime soon. Very disappointed.

I am on superdrug sim and its actually the Worst sim I have had to put in my phone! I hardly have service, even in my own home, and I tried to top it up and they took my 10 pounds and gave me a New sim which I didn't really need, then it didn't work so I went to the store who knew nothing and told me to go online I did that and then was told that you can't pay instore. In my opinion DON'T USE IT

Girl on the till had no customer service skills whatsoever. Items priced incorrectly - an really awful experience. Will NOT be going back.
