Both my husband and I love Chiro One!! The facility is nice and clean, the staff is very educated and friendly and Dr. Kevin is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever seen. He knows and understands chrnic pain issues and just how to treat them by applying enough pressure without causing pain. I've been noticing relief from my weekly visits! 10/10 recommend for anyone in need of pain relief!

Absolutely recommend! Dr. Kevin and his team are very professional and full of compassion. Both my wife and I have back and neck pain for years, and we tried many different ways at home but they did not help. After about 2 weeks’ adjustment here (3 times per week), we clearly can feel the difference. For those who have children, here is anther good thing about Chiro One Wellness Center. There is a kid room in this center and both Emily and Kelsey are wonderful with kids! They really are doing a great job taking care of the patients and their family. Sometimes I feel like my daughter wants to go to Chiro One even more than we do.
Instead of easing me into their program, they threw me right in and put me in more pain than when I went in. I told them before starting that I can't afford to be in more pain. More than a week later, I'm still in more pain than when I went in. I talked with Kevin, and he said I would get a refund. Kevin said he would take care of everything on his end and I would be hearing from their corporate office. I was told from the corporate office I wouldn't be getting a refund. They charged me 170 for using a piece of stretching equipment for 12 minutes. When I went there to talk to Kevin, he refused to talk to me. Instead of telling me he wasn't going to talk to me, they called the cops while I was waiting. They told the police that I was harassing customers, but they weren't open yet! I had arrived about 2:35 p.m. and they don't open until 3, so there were no customers even there. They are liars and scammers!
Unprofessional service. Got x-rays of my back and neck taken and the Dr. Immediately looked distraught and commented that I definitely needed help. Curious and taken aback, I asked her what was wrong. I was told that she would need longer to examine my films before she could tell me. I came back for the results and was told I needed to pay approx. 8000 upfront for 36 visits (that's with insurance). I was told I needed the help because my back would leave me with permanent damage if I didn't start something now. They used scare tactics to will me to sign 8000 of my money away without me even testing out their service. Mind you, I have been to several other chiropractors in the area and not one has made me feel as hopeless and overwhelmed as chiro 1. Paying 8000 upfront is unjustifiable for a chiropractor. How do they know just how many visits my body will need to heal? I even asked for a trial run of services to ensure my money is going towards something useful for me, but was denied. Thankfully, I have found a chiropractor in the area focused on patient centered care. He has taught me strategies that I can implement at home to keep my body healthy - at a greatly reduced price. I wouldn't waste my time with this company, they still haven't even released the X-rays to my new chiropractor (dispite my consent) which is very unprofessional. In addition to this,I keep getting emails and texts with another patients receipts. I told them about the issue but no one did anything to correct it. I have responded to the emails but no change has been made. Thoroughly disappointed with the care I received.
This is such an amazing place. One of the things I find that My Life values is that they want to really help you, they care about your needs and want to find the best solutions for you. Dr Kevin and staff are awesome! So glad to have met them and to continue to have great service here! My back has never felt better.
Ì was in so much pain when I started seeing Dr. Kevin. I had been seeing another Chiropractor in EauClaire for 6 months,with no improvement. I was desperate, in 3 visits I was almost completely pain free. An Amazing team of doctors and staff.
I used to struggle with Planter's Faschiitis. After two visits, my pain was gone! This office also has a pediatric chiropractor who's very good. Shout out to Dr. Emily! They have payment plans available in the event that your insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care. They have an excellent team who share the same vision: God's healing through chiropractic care and wellness.
