Great bunch of lads running the Stihl department. Super friendly with a great focus on customer satisfaction, ...helped me put my strimmer right after I stupidly put the head on forgetting the backing plate and got it jammed!! These guys are a real credit to Stihl - even though I purchased this from a totally different Stihl dealer down in London they still looked after the situation like it was their own sale. They even advised me how to best maintain my machine for the long run. Thanks guys, keep up the good work
