Because it has all the facilities including lift. Ground floor is for dinning and first floor is the mandapam and it has also got rooms on the top floor and a good kitchen
Good A/c Hall at the First Floor. Dining at the ground floor. Average seating capacity at the function all is around 400 to 600 maximum. Very limited parking maximum 10 cars. Located in a very narrow path. Only advantage is that, it is located very near to Chirala bus stand and railway station. Walkable distance from bus stand. It's located near the bridge, and the side path is very narrow.
