Rebecca and Megan are 2 living angels. I felt in good hands from the start. The initial assessment was very detailed and every treatment has a positive outcome. Happy and professional athomosphere too. This is the second time I come back after almost 5 years of no back pain, so I highly recommend it.
From start to finish, Rebecca, Megan and the team did an absolutely fantastic job of assessing me and carrying out treatment. I was super impressed with their level of care, attention to detail and knowledge. Not only are the team very friendly, but they did a cracking job (pun intended) at keeping the treatment rooms COVID safe. The business has a one in one out policy, staff members wear PPE and all surfaces are cleaned after treatments. This was very reassuring, especially given the current climate.
I have been visiting Back 2 Balance in Hove for the last few months, I see Rebecca and her team regularly - everyone needs a bit of personal attention and I have found my sessions really help to reset my body. I really great service. I have referred many friends here and all been extremely happy with the service. The team at Back 2 Balance are brilliant. I even get text reminders when my next appointment is. Very covid aware too, so everyone feels safe and protected.
