An absolutely fantastic new hotel in Hokkaido with private onsen. Service is good, food is excellent, place is new, design is great with details, as well as near New Chitose Airport, worth for every penny.

One of the best resort spa in Hokkaido. All the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant also provides great selection of food using local ingredients. We got a window seat for breakfast and the view was stunning. As for the room, it is very spacious and comfortable. The only thing that would I don’t like is the bathroom. The onsen area is very clean, if you go around 11pm you basically have the entire onsen all by yourself. Highly recommend to all.
I was very impressed by this hotel. Some luxury resorts have great design & concept but the staff inevitably do not act like they want to be there. I felt the staff of this hotel were not only warm and helpful but also took great pride and dedication in doing their jobs well. I was amazed by the care that the lady at the pillow bar took in preparing my pillow selections. Watching her prepare the pillows we chose was like watching a tea ceremony. She even gave me instructions on the best way to lay the pillow on the bed. I stayed in the suite with in-room onsen and was very pleased with the room, decor, beds and cleanliness. We really enjoyed the massage chairs. The food was very impressive and well prepared. It consisted of an a la càrte selection of a main course supplemented by a buffet style appetiser/main/dessert/beverage selection. Absolutely no chance of going hungry. The seating of the dining hall was intimate enough to avoid making the experience feel like a scrum with the other guests. I greatly appreciated the waitress's efforts to explain the dinner choices to us in English.(it was obviously not easy for her) It was the most expensive place we stayed in Hokkaido but it felt exclusive and relaxing. I greatly enjoyed my stay there.
The hotel is quite tasteful. The room was large and I was happy there was a stylish massage chair. I visited Shikotsu Lake because of the Shikotsu festival, this hotel location is within 5 min walking distance. The indoor onsen has several jacuzzi pools, which was a plus to the onsen experience. Just a bit trouble that the restaurant was in another block, which u need to change shoes from the hotel block, and wear jacket in Hokkaido winter. This hotel is not a cheap one and one thing very disappointing that the hotel don’t offer complimentary bottle water!!!
Modern ryokan with good facilities and friendly staff. Highly recommended to those who like to experience Japanese ryokan hospitality. I like the lobby lounge where you can chill
Excellent resort and during winter, the onsen experience is excellent. The buta lunch box beside the resort is one of the best I have!
Looking for a place to relax? This is it. Super clean. Super amazing service. Great food (even in the buffet). Clean rooms, but that's not all. They also provide you with different selection of pillow, which you can try and then borrow for the rest of your trip. There are tempur, as well as traditional Japanese ones. Dinner and breakfast was included in our room rate and the food, as mentioned above, is much better than what I have had in the past. There is also a central fireplace where you can roast some marshmallow as well as a harpist that plays in the background. This place is amazing.
Excellent. The service, the resort, the dinner and breakfast buffet, the room and the lake are first class. The only con I feel is the hotspring is a bit small especially the open air one which does not have a view.
