On December 30th I had double knee replacement surgery in Florida, followed by 4 months of PT before returning to Syracuse in April. When I began PT at Chittenango Physical Therapy in May, I was having a painful problem with my left knee. After an evaluation with Meredith Albert, she designed and lead me through a series of strengthening exercises that relieved my pain and increased my flexibility. After two months of biweekly sessions I have begun playing golf and cautiously beginning to play tennis again. The equipment and cleanliness of the facility is impressive; the staff at Chittenango Physical Therapy (CPT) is professional and welcoming: and Meredith has a friendly and healing spirit. She shared a genuine concern for my health and recovery, making each visit enjoyable. I am most pleased with my experience at CPT. my wife there for lower back therapy.
