A much more relaxed maid cafe. Doesn't seem like they speak much English but they were welcoming when we came in and showed us some of their photo books.

One of my favorite maid cafes in Akihabara. Good food, good service, good price. While some maid cafes have complicated price system bases on how long you stay, what course you order, and whether it's your first trip, JAM has a simple system: it's a cafe. The only downside is that the smoking section is not separate from the non-smoking section. So if you don't like the smell of tobacco smoke while eating, and wind up right next to the smoking section, it might not be pleasant for you. Update 2016: Went back again in 2016 on a trip where I went to a total of 5 maid cafes, and I think I can say this is probably my favorite place of all. I went for lunch and it wasn't very busy so there was no issue with tobacco smoke. The price is unbelievably reasonable in maid cafe terms: I spent under 6 US, after the conversion rate, for a pasta dish and soft drink. They have free WiFi and accept credit cards.

Not really the full maid café experience but no entry fee. Definitely let them know if it's your birthday; the whole place sang for me and they made me a special cake. Entrance is hard to find, especially from the west. Find a small LED sign with "jam" on it and walk down the brick stairs to enter.

I really liked the cafe! The maids were friendly and acted just the right amount of 'kawaii'! And it was also cheap compared to other maid cafes.

This bar was fantastic! Especially compared to the price anchoring I experienced at a previous maid cafe before visiting this one, the prices were not only great (no table charge), but the waitresses were very welcoming, and tried everything they could to speak English and answer my questions. I would highly recommend this place. If you're trying to use Google Maps walking GPS to find this place, it's not an obvious sign (or I'm oblivious. Just take your pick.) There's some brick stairs going down on the left side, and that's what you'll take to enter.

A nice maid cafe to attend if you've never been to one before. It's more laid back than the other kinds, with less of a focus on interactions and more on the service itself. I didn't get spoken to much, though maybe that's because I was foreign and had limited Japanese. Either way, a very chill cafe with delicious food! It's a bit pricey, but surprisingly less pricey than other maid cafe options. Located on the basement floor of a building; just look for the sign outside and head downstairs.

Wall seats have power outlets. Staff nice too. Price lower than expected.

Really relaxing cafe. Not your typical maid cafe with all the table charges and gimmicks. It's a really quiet place. Polite and adorable staff as well.
