The place seems understaffed. But everyone worked effectively. Needed to wait 20 mins for my order. Got a small free chocolate samples. The desert was delicious.
Place was warm and welcoming. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Only problem was the hot drinks didn't come as described on the menu. I have been to Wedel before and this wasn't the case previously. Would still go again though.
We have been there with 5 members of my family in the morning. We were all satisfied of our choice and it was tasty. I liked it, not as good as Belgium hot chocolate, but it was nice to taste the polish products!
One of the best places for desserts, they have very good collection of desserts and sell of them are very tasty, and your won't be disappointed! Highly recommend for all the chocolate lovers, cosy environment and very good for a chat and hangout
Over seasoned food, rude treatment of clientele. The so-called “raspberry tiramisu” is nothing but whipped cream and raspberry syrup. Very disappointed.
Really cosy place. Great for dating and talking. Chocolate selection is good, the desserts are just delicious.
If I can give 0 stars. I would for this shop. I visited this shop today. My family and I waited for more than 50 minutes in total. Let me break the timing. 10 minutes waited for waiter to tale the order. 30 minutes the waiter cameback to tell us the 2 chocolate souffles were not available. We asked her to just give us chocolate cake (even joked to my wife \do they have to bake it or just slice it?\. Another 10 minutes waiting when another waiter approached us and asked what we ordered. So, we told him what we ordered. He said he will find out what's taking so long. He proceeded to go downstairs and then when he came back he went straight to the cash register. I called him to our table. He approached us. I asked what's the story. Guess what he said? We have to wait another 7 minutes. We said thank you but NO. No one even apologized. So how do you think it went? It was horrible experience. We just left!
