We lived here for just under a year as we relocated for work. During that time we had a very good experience with neighbors, office personnel(especially Allie and Justin), and the maintenance personnel(especially Micah) Our maintenance issues were always resolved very quickly and when it came to needing to make arrangements to leave before lease was up they took great care of us and made sure we got our security deposit back without issue. The home we were in was recently remodeled inside prior to us moving in and price was more than fair for the size of home and rent costs in Choctaw. The only downside of the whole process was not having a fence for our pup, but we knew that when we signed the lease, so cannot knock the park for that one.

At first we thought this was going to be a good choice. A month into it we realized we might regret this. It’s been nothing but problems. The fence was a problem. Adding charges to our statement was problem. Mowing is a problem. Everything keeps costing us more money and the more we pay the less service we get. We wish we would have spent more time looking. There is many more problems to this park.
Clean and awesome layout of the park.
Nice clean and quiet trailer park. Really nice swimming pool basketball court.
Should also have a ramp for the handicap! Not just this place but ALL places!
