Went to Currys click & collect to pick up a xmas present. Was told it hadn't arrived a e-mail would be sent to us. Waited a couple of days no e-mail. So l turned up to be told it had already been collected. I explained what had happened. So they checked CCTV etc. So now l am waiting for a phone call. Didn't receive a phone call went back to Currys to find out the item hadn't left the manufacturer's. I was offered a refund. I didn't like the other items in store. So l have decided to wait for the item l want.

Research the white goods you're looking for, usually Curry's come out cheapest, when happy online then goto the store for confirmation, and look / feel, and purchase BUT a few points to note: 1) If a plumbing-service offered, DON'T take it. because they'll only connect it up if all is readied and v.close and v.easy. DIY it or for your 30 get a proper plumber! 2) They'lll take away your redundant machines, and then recycle as needed for another 30. Oar-locks! DON'T. simply goto the council web-site chorley.gov.uk and submit a request for them to remove. It's FREE and they'll pick it up from you! 3) So you've saved a further 60 already, before you confirm you're going to purchase at the store ASK if they have additional discounts to applly, as advertised on their web-site (above store discount). I gratefully received another 50 discount on my item!. Add to all of that, that the store's staff are keen as mustard to help, you're not left looking for the sales team. I also found their tech knowledge, when asked credible and upfront honest with their replies...

Click and collect didnt work. The website didn't recognise my order number so I had to go inside and seek assistance. Staff tried twice to enter details, third time lucky. Completely negates covid click and collect

Used the click and collect service, unfortunately their link didn't work due to website issues for the items to be delivered to the car as described but it was no hassle to approach the door and ask a designated colleague to then help. All felt safe and it was a good experience under the circumstances.
