Amazing bazar to interact with Uzbek traditional market. Getting souvenirs and gifts, especially days to day grocery, special hand made ceramic Chai set, shawls and all kind of clothing can be purchased.

Interesting place, don't go there if you cannot handle the smell of fresh meat

“You call that a market? Now this is a market.” It’s huge, not as modern as its sibling in the city; it does though have much greater choice. The bread section alone is as big as some bazaars. I loved the central Chorsu Market building complex. There is a fountain at its centre, an immensely high ceiling and consists of 2 floors. Have a nose around and get ya bargains!

Its an experience in itself. Get to know the local favorites. You can get everything here either inside the dome or outside market.

It's a very lively, vibrant market where you can get anything you need. It's a huge compound where you may spend a day exploring. You can find fresh ingredients of vegetables, fruits, meat, fresh water fishes, breads, honey, tableware, kitchenware, live stocks, clothes, accessories, alcohol or beverages etc all in one place. If you are not cooking, you can find some delicious meals at local eatery or street food here too. There were parking space available, public transportation also available as it's located in the city center.

The hustle and bustle of the market makes me wish I can travel back in time! They sell everything from dried goods to meat to vegetables. They tried to sell their giid but none were pushy. It's a great experience!
