Horse got lameness, our booking for 4 rides were cancelled. Waited from Jan 14th, 2021 (our ride date) for the horse to be better for another ride. It is now February 27th, 2021 and no response, no refund. Do not trust this service anymore.

Loved it! We had a great ride with Ann for a sunrise at the DOT park in Palm City. Ann was talkative and pleasant, a real pleasure. And the horses were well behaved and fun to ride. I am looking forward to another ride later this year! Thank you.
We rode with Ann she brought midnight, Luke and maggie may. We had such agreat time highly recommended. Three horse were very well behaved and Ann was very informative about the horses

I booked Choyce party ponies on july 2nd for my grand daughter's 3rd birthday. I received a confirmation email from them telling me when , where, date ,time...etc for the event. I received a second email stating when they would be there for the event and that I should be there 15 minutes prior. On the day of the event, we waited excitedly for them to show up. They never did and never called. I called them and asked why they were not there yet and if they were running late. I was told that they did not have any event scheduled. I told them that I had emails confirming the booking. She proceeded to say hold on i'll check, oh yeah she said you did have a booking. Well,she said, I have another booking at 5 so I will have to refund your deposit. Than she stated well if you would of called yesterday this wouldn't have happened. (She tried to shift the blame to me). I stated to her that I had her email confirming the event why would I call. She told me she could only refund my deposit. First, I didn't receive an apology (on this call) or any explaination why this happened. Only after I gave her a bad review on her facebook did I receive a reason why and asking me if she could work something out. Choyce Party Ponies broke my grand daughter's heart on her birthday. Horrible! Very poor management. I can only give one star because I did receive my deposit refunded quickly. I would highly recommend not to use this company, or face the possibility that this could happen to your love ones.
