Chris is undoubtedly a fantastic teacher. As a relatively new adult learner I initially found Chris's teaching technique a little different as I was used to a much more rigid way of learning. However, I have come to see and realise that my lessons with Chris are helping me on so many levels and as a result my piano playing has improved massively within the year that I have been having lessons with him. It is clear that Chris really understands the needs of his pupils, allowing them to grow and blossom more freely. For me the benefits have been tenfold compared with more conventional teaching methods.
I had never played the piano but Chris' unique and insightful way of teaching has taken me on a journey where anything is possible!! His methods are tailored to individual need and, combined with his experience as a musician, provide a creative and encouraging atmosphere in which learning is a joy. Thanks Chris.
