I have been with Chris Tighe’s State Farm branch for the last three years and have never once been disappointed by the service I have received. Leo and Kyle are the most attentive, kind, and understanding agents I have had the pleasure of talking to. While other agents at other insurance companies do not show actual interest in their clients, Kyle and Leo go far above and beyond to make sure that my rates are good, I am receiving all of the discounts I qualify for, and are always on top of any issue that arises regarding my insurance. Overall, I am beyond satisfied with my experience with State Farm and am so thankful to have such great agents!

Received an auto insurance quote for 4 of my vehicles from CHRIS TIGHE. Payed him in full for a six month premium. When I did not receive my ins. ID cards, I became concerned and made several attempts to get an answer from his office. When I finally spoke with Tighe, he explained that the quote was calculated on a zip code for another customer by the same name at a North Palm Beach address in another zip code, and that my policy would cost an additional 800. I asked that he return my money immediately. BOTTOM LINE: After speaking with STATE FARM CORPORATE OFFICE and making multiple calls to CHRIS TIGHE, I was told that the money I paid would be returned in 2 weeks. When I did not receive the 'check in the mail' for nearly a month later I called the Florida State Insurance Commissioners Office and filed a complaint. It turned out that my refund check was sent to the wrong address due to an invalid address given by CHRIS TIGHE'S office. A stop payment was then issued and another check was eventually sent out to me. This agent is CARELESS and UNPROFESSIONAL and gives STATE FARM a bad name!
