Had an issue with my wife's new phone, got a deal from 2deg online but the SIM was never sent out, this store and the young lady we doubt with were very good to deal with and sorted the problem for us.

Shocking customer service. The staff were rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and difficult to understand due to language barrier. They simply didn't listen to me. Have left 2degrees due to my experience here. I'm not normally one to complain.

Absolutely useless , have not had such poor service from a company in a long long time , 5th call to them today in 3 weeks and still no progress just empty promises and bad attitude . good products with S!@# service . strongly recommend using one of the other stores in Chch but if you have to use them you might want to think about banging your head on a wall as that is less painful
