Using the Buyers Choice has been the most refreshing experience to our house buying journey, which has been very stressful. A very comprehensive report was delivered to us within 24-hours, plus a follow-up call which was a nice addition to the service. On top of this, Carol and Elliot were clear and professional with their communications. The agent representing the sale mentioned how polite, professional, and respectful (of the vendors property) they went about conducting the report. Another agent who we let view the builders report said it was one of the most comprehensive and clearly stated reports they have seen. 100% go to for us moving forward, and I would definitely recommend using their services to anyone.
