I have no idea what's wrong with the lady who answer the phone, completely unhelpful. Saw their special deal on GrabOne, I ring ahead try to make a booking, first time, she ask me when would be suitable for me, I say earliest time slot you have, then she says that she need to confirm with stuff then get back to me. I wait for 1 hour, no respond, so I made second call, she's apologize that says already confirmed but forget call me back, ask me to be there at 3 pm, I refused and ask other available time slot, then she says that she need to confirm with stuff then get back to me. AGAIN. Wait for another hour, no respond, made third call, she claims that they actually not open today. But on website clearly shows they open on Sunday 11:00 - 19:00. I decide not to waste any time by make any more phone call, the point of share this unpleasant experience is, if you really want to have massage with them, better go there directly, rather than call them to make a booking.
