I found the staff very helpful and by a stroke of luck, they had exactly what I needed in stock at their local supplier warehouse. They expedited the courier so that I could pick up the lights the next morning before I left CHCH. I was a very happy customer.

Overpriced and rather vulgar. The "salesman" was very rude to me and most unhelpful. I was looking for a pair of small bedside lamps which they could not provide so he contemptuously sent me to Briscoes. I ended up getting just the thing at Lighting Direct.
