I gave Nathan the job details on 28th May 2017, he said he will be at the rental property in three weeks time. I did not here back from him or receive and invoice, so on 17th July I text Nathan asking how he got on with the job as I have not heard anything. Nothing. 25th July I call Nathan to find out what is happening, he says he has not done it because he has had bigger jobs to do... What is most annoying is at no time did he ring me or reply to my text to say he was NOT going to do the job. All the time the Tenant has had the put up with the fault. This is no way to treat people or customers, so beware if you arrange something with him - He might just get a bigger job and not turn up..
