As first home buyers, my partner and I had no clue how much was involved in buying a house, what the first step was, or even how much we could spend! Thanks to Scott and his team, the process wasn't as daunting as it first appeared. Scott was patient and kind, taking is through his eight steps and explaining everything along the way. No matter what stupid question I threw at him, he answered it without any judgment. Scott was able to get us a great deal at the bank, we couldn't be happier with the new financial position we find ourselves in. Shane was a great help too. I've never been sure on the importance of personal insurance but Shane taught me the ins and outs of it, and managed to put together a fantastic package for my partner and I, relevant to our current situation. Thank you guys so much, we couldn't have done it without you!

Fantastic, we worked with Scott to get sorted for our first home, and he was super responsive, helpful and straight up all the way through. We ended up going for a pretty non-typical setup (multiple houses with no titles at auction) and because of that there was a lot of complexity to sort through - Scott talked us through everything involved, where the trickiness was and details to be aware of/things to make sure we did when, and helped us get ready to bid. At least one other first home buyer dropped out before this due to the complexities and I think we would have too without that help. Instead we're moving in next week :-) Overall provides a lot more than just a mortgage, though we're very pleased with the details on that too. Thanks heaps!

Visited the team at Advanced Mortgage Solutions and I found out that they are a 'one stop shop'. They carry all the necessary insurances you would ever need if you apply as a first home buyer or if you are in the market to sell or buy. Plus they tailor mortgages to suit your prefences and can apply to a number of lending institutions. Definitely worthy of consideration as these guys are very experienced and have a great deal of expertise with mortgages and insurances.

The puppy they have in the office is amazing and super-adorable! We had Scott (and Shane) help us get into our first home. They made the whole process quite easy really considering we had no idea what the house buying process actually entails. The step by step emails, the extra resources, videos etc. were all very valuable! What we appreciated the most is communication! They are lightening fast with their responses and had answers to any question we asked them. Brilliant service, incredible knowledge of their trade and once again, they also have an adorable puppy so that settled it for us really :)
